Objective
To promote regional preparedness for the development of offshore wind farm infrastructure. Offshore wind farms are significant infrastructure and long-term investment projects. Both their construction and maintenance require substantial resources – including suitable infrastructure and human resources. The project activities include assessing the suitability and readiness of ports for the entry of offshore wind farm investments in Latvia and Estonia, as well as evaluating the implementation of public-private partnership models for the realization of offshore wind farm investments
