On 15 May 2024 a meeting for inspiration “There it grows” took place at Ance Nature House. Key event topic – everyday use of local products, their impact on economic growth, sustainable production and consumer health. During the meeting experts from various fields shared knowledge and experience for successful product brand development and promotion in the market, introduction of the full product life cycle in companies etc.

There were more than 40 participants at the event:

In the end, chefs from the New Chefs’ Movement under the leadership of chef Žanis Raivo Behmanis offered a cooking master class on local foods, by preparing deer meet slices with Jerusalem artichoke cream, vimba fish snack with fresh cucumber and a rhubarb desert, making maximum use of all the ingredients of the product – head to tail!
