Project No: 2022-2-LV01-KA122-ADU-000242489
Objective:
The Kurzeme Planning Region (KPR) strives to ensure a continuous process of education and development for its employees, promoting the enhancement of competencies for both staff and representatives of local municipalities in the region. Through this project, KPR continues its European cooperation and mobility initiatives, enabling participants to improve their knowledge, gain international experience, and explore new and innovative methods for adult learning. - Development of empathy and critical thinking skills
- Introduction to and mastery of the latest adult learning methodologies and practices from EU member states
- A deeper understanding of common European values and the cultural diversity of countries
- Improvement and enhancement of foreign language skills
