 Objective
The Kurzeme Planning Region strives to ensure a continuous process of education and development for its employees, promoting the enhancement of competencies for both staff and representatives of local municipalities in the region. Through this project, the Kurzeme Planning Region continues its European cooperation and mobility initiatives, enabling participants to improve their knowledge, gain international experience, and explore innovative adult learning methods. These efforts are crucial for fostering a culture of adult education and establishing lifelong learning traditions, both within the organization and at the regional level.
