Kurzeme Planning Region within the framework of the project no. LV-LOCALDEV-0004 “Business Support Measures in the Kurzeme Planning Region” on March 21 organized a seminar for the specialists from Kurzeme region municipalities: “Change management as a key to success for successful cooperation between municipalities in the Kurzeme Planning Region”.
During the seminar, led by lecturer Edmunds Imbovics, specialists gained knowledge about:
- change management models,
- change planning,
- behavioral styles, needs and possible communication of cooperation partners,
- existing, desired and real actions to achieve your goals.
The participants of the seminar appreciated the opportunity to participate in trainings and expressed their desire to participate in similar events in the future.
The activity was organized within the framework of the project no. LV-LOCALDEV-0004 “Entrepreneurship support measures in the Kurzeme Planning Region” (“Entrepreneurship in Kurzeme”). The project is co-financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, through EEA grants in the Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Cultural Cooperation program.
