ISSUE ADDRESSED The Just Femme project addresses the persisting gender inequalities in the labour markets

 Objective
Just Femme directly addresses the risk of JT regions falling into a development trap, emphasising the importance of inclusive labour markets for sustainable growth. Its core objective, thus, is to promote territorial policies that promote the equal participation of women in employment, entrepreneurship and training initiatives, focusing on emerging green and digital value chains.

01.05.2025. – 31.07.2029.

 Financing The total project budget is €1,574,656.00, of which €170,120.00 is allocated to the Kurzeme Planning Region.
