LL-00231 “Development of the PANORAMA ROUTE” (PANORAMA)
On 14–15 May 2026, partners of the PANORAMA project gathered in Palūšė, Lithuania, for the third project partner meeting. The meeting was hosted by one of the project’s three Lithuanian partners — the Administration of Aukštaitija National Park.
The meeting took place at the mid-point of the project, when several important activities have already been launched or completed. Almost all partners have started work on their investment objects — the installation of panoramic viewing sites — and presented the planned works, design ideas and sketches.
Within the project, on-site inspections have been carried out at the panoramic objects that may potentially be included in the route. A route map has also been developed and is available here: https://ej.uz/ybrgf
In addition, two Roadgames games have been created: “Nature and Culture Panorama: Samogitia – South Kurzeme” and “Panoramic Route on the West Coast: Latvia and Lithuania”. Both games are available free of charge in the Roadgames application.
The next project activities will focus on the digitisation of the route and the development of a travel guide. A series of practical seminars on route creation and landscapes is also planned.
Project activities are being implemented with the support of the Interreg Latvia-Lithuania Programme 2021-2027.
