“Empowering education professionals for sustainable leadership: Awakening the six senses”

Objective

The objective of the project is to strengthen the established partnerships among the project implementers by learning from one another and analysing experience and good practice on how education professionals (adult education coordinators, teachers, lecturers, etc.) can develop strong sustainable management and leadership skills. This will contribute to improving the quality of adult education services and support the development of a diverse and up-to-date offer of educational programmes for residents.

Activities

• Project management – online meetings and preparation of reports;
• Experience exchange trips – nature-based expeditions for education professionals to foster the development of sustainable leadership and management;
• Working group meetings of project partners to compile recommendations and develop the handbook “Sustainable Management and Leadership in Adult Education”;
• Local working group meetings to gather recommendations and develop competence development programmes or learning materials on sustainable leadership;
• Dissemination of project results – organising dissemination events and participating in events organised by other organisations;
• Communication activities in accordance with the project requirements.
