Objective
To strengthen established partnerships between project implementers by learning from each other and analysing experiences and good practices on how education professionals (adult education coordinators, teachers, trainers, etc.) can develop strong sustainable management and leadership skills to raise the quality of adult education services in order to create a diverse and relevant offer of educational programmes for citizens.
